Q. How much space do I need for each tent?

A. Each tent measures approximately 100cm x 160cm. The mattresses fit within this measurement and we have different configurations to allow them to fit within a space. If you are unsure just let us know the available space and we can check how they will fit.

Q. How long can I hire the tents for?

A. Hire period is for one night only. If you require to hire them for longer please let us know on enquiry.

Q. Do I need to wash bedding?

A. No. We launder all of the bedding after every use. Accessories are sanitized and spot cleaned.

Q. Can I have a sleepover outside?

A. Our tents are not waterproof and can therefore only be used indoors.

Q. When do you deliver and collect tents?

A. We will arrange an approximate time for delivery and collection about a week prior to your party.

Q. When do I pay?

A. A deposit of $100 is due at time of booking. (This will secure your sleepover date and preferred theme). We will provide you our bank details for direct deposit when we receive a completed booking form. Balance is to be paid no later than 7 days prior to sleepover. We accept cash or direct bank deposit.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. A minimum of 7 days' notice must be given for cancellation or date changes. We will do our best to accommodate a new date for you. Any less notice will mean your request may be denied and a loss of deposit.
