Indoor Sleepover Bookings Request

1.  Cosy Camp Sleepovers require a $100 deposit at time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the sleepover date
2.  Cosy Camp Sleepovers require 7 day's notice for all cancellations, any cancellation made with less than 7 day's notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
3.  Cosy Camp Sleepovers require 7 day's notice if you wish to change the date of your sleepover, please note the date you wish to change to may not be available.
4.  Delivery, assembly, styling, collection and laundry are included in the hire cost.
5.  Cosy Camp Sleepovers accept payment by direct bank deposit or cash.
6.  Tent package hire is for 1 night only.
7.  Indoor use only
8.  Sleepover space is to be clear and floors clean prior to setup.
9.  Styling and accessories may vary slightly from photographs.
10. Parent/hirer must be present for both delivery and collection. Times to be arranged upon booking.
11. It is the responsibility of the customer to always supervise children with hire equipment.
12. Cosy Camp Sleepovers aims to provide an amazing, fun party for your child, however we do ask that you respect our equipment by avoiding  food, drinks, nail polish, hairsprays and pet hair from coming into contact with our bedding and soft furnishings.
13. Cosy Camp Sleepovers will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property.
