1. Cosy Camp Sleepovers require a $100 deposit at time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date
2. Cosy Camp Sleepovers require 7 day's notice for all cancellations, any cancellation made with less than 7 day's notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
3. Cosy Camp Sleepovers require 7 day's notice if you wish to change the date of your event, please note the date you wish to change to may not be available.
4. Cosy Camp Sleepovers require a $200 fully refundable damage bond to be paid on top of your hire cost. If the Giant Teepee or any equipment is damaged or soiled after use this bond will be forfeited to us to repair this damage or for professional cleaning costs.
5. Delivery, assembly, styling, collection and laundry are included in the hire cost.
6. Cosy Camp Sleepovers accept payment by direct bank deposit or cash.
7. The Giant Teepee package hire is for 1 night only.
8. The Giant Teepee is for outdoor use only.
9. For insurance reasons The Giant teepee can only be setup in a personal residence on private property. It cannot be hired out to camping grounds or council/public areas.
10. The Giant Teepee space is to be clear and lawns mown prior to setup.
11. In the event of adverse weather Cosy Camp Sleepovers reserve the right to cancel the outdoor sleepover but will provide an alternate indoor party option or offer a full refund if requested.
12. Styling and accessories may vary slightly from photographs.
13. Parent/hirer must be present for both delivery and collection. Times to be arranged upon booking.
14. It is the responsibility of the customer to always supervise children with hire equipment.
15. Cosy Camp Sleepovers aims to provide an amazing, fun party for your child, however we do ask that you respect our equipment by avoiding  food, drinks, nail polish, hairsprays and pet hair from coming into contact with our bedding and soft furnishings.
16. Cosy Camp Sleepovers will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to the property.
